easter is celebrated here on the same days as the rest of the christian community. Ethiopian food is mostly beef mutton and enjira. but they do not normally kill cows. they are vegetarians on wedneesday and fridays. Mysely and my wife eat salaad and cooked rice and vegetables in restaurants. we enjoy eating it with just chilli sauce called mithmitha or spiced chilli powder called berbere
